With hours flying like music,time changing like paintings and ten years passed in a blink of an eye. It comes the tenth anniversary of
Huangchengxin(HCX). During the ten years, HCX-ers have been working hard to press ahead and after the continuous challenging under the high competitive market,have achieved success.On 13rd and 14th,Nov 2021,to celebrate the special day, a theme of’Solidarity,freemasonry’outdoor activity was held on Hope island in Zhuhai city. 

One man goes fast but one team goes farther.The aims of this activity are improving ability of team work,growing members’core
value,digging members’potential ability,developing positive attitude to life,enhancing cement of the team and making everyone
integrate the big family of HCX.

Warm-up activity
Move the body and refresh ourselves!Under the lead of the professional coach,the activity began with’break the ice‘.From
stranger to familiarity,from shyness to warmth,we opened our mind and participated the activity with all our hearts.


                                   

Team Look appearance
We were divided into six teams and got the team tasks.We made team name ,thought about slogan and drew team flag.Everyone
was full commitment and creativity.Especially the slogan of’never falter,always survive’from team’Wolf Warriors’,which shows
the real test of HCX-ers’mettle.And’advanced making,top all over the world’from team ’Advanced Production’,which shows
the determination of HCX building world class advanced manufacturing enterprises from ‘making’ to ‘intelligent making'.

The Wonderful moment
‘Time travel’,’shift line breaks’,’running by the coast’...each activity was a wonderful duel of wisdom and passion.The team building might look like relax and peaceful,but it was actually a battle of perseverance,mental and physical.

The Campfire Party
With the happy music,the campfire party began in the dark.A clod of fire lighted the passion of everyone.Golden sparks like blossoms of flowers jumping on the center of the square,the happy mood was lighted up at that moment.Everyone sang and danced around the campfire.The mood became hotter and hotter,it made everyone feel warm from the big family of HCX.

Looking back the past and taking a new journey, The CEO Robber .Luo had a speech at the party.He shared the experience of the past ten years,expressed gratitude to the old employees who followed along during these years and explained the meaning of the theme of‘Solidarity,Freemasonry’. Robber analyzed deeply on company positioning and business environment,encouraged each colleague remained energy and improved efficiency.He hoped us all to work together to forge ahead towards the goal of the future while achieved personal goals as well.After ten years of continuous development, HCX has gone from the difficult and arduous struggle at the beginning of the business to become the leader in the field of SMT solder paste printing machines and placement machines. We have made our own achievements in the SMT industry. However, HCX’s advancement will not stop, and the spirit of HCX people will never stop. HCX will continue to work hard on the road ahead and continue to work together to achieve a win-win future! Creating together

The next morning,each team need to finish a 8mX12m Nazca paint together.Under the lead of Mr. Luo and Mr. Yan,each member focused on painting and worked together.One and half hours later,the enormous paint was presented on our sight.

Responsibility
When it came to ‘excellent circle’,at that moment,no ‘xx team’,no win or lose,we were a team.We rounded a circle and tightened
the rope in our hand.We finished the 888 times challenge among the passionate music and mutual encouragement from partners!

After experiencing the joy of success brought by dedication and courage,everyone deeply felt the essence of "collaboration, innovation, and breakthrough", and also understood the relationship between individuals and enterprises, superiors and subordinates, and between colleagues, which are mutually dependent and share honor and disgrace, thus inspiring the team's higher work enthusiasm, The motivation of hard work and innovation and a positive attitude towards life make the whole team more cohesive and centripetal.
